We are seeking a skilled and proactive Chief Engineer who is excited about ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to uphold high safety and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules, work orders, and vendor services.
• Address any guest-related maintenance concerns promptly to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Assist in ordering supplies for maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Leadership experience and a hands-on approach to managing maintenance operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
