The Toledo Mud Hens and Walleye are looking for fun, positive, and charismatic individuals to join our Box Office and Team Store team. The roles are part time and work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
This role is an entry level position that provides hands on experience in retail sales and box office operations for both minor league hockey and baseball.
Responsibilities Include:
* Serve and interact with customers to help resolve ticket questions/concerns.
* Process ticket exchanges.
* Fulfill online sales orders.
* Create displays in team store to showcase merchandise.
* Assist with game day operations.
Qualifications/Skills:
* Ability to communicate in a polite, energetic, and friendly manner.
* Comfortable with extensive fan contact in a fast-paced environment.
* Cash handling experience preferred.
* Must be able to work at least 50% of all Walleye games.
