Boys JV Baseball - Head Coach - Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District : Job Details

The Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District is seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Coach to lead our Boys JV Baseball Team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in track, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to developing young athletes both on and off the field.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement training programs that enhance athletic performance.

+ Organize and lead practices, games, and competitions.

+ Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.

+ Communicate regularly with athletes, parents, and staff about team progress and expectations.

+ Analyze player performance and provide constructive feedback.

+ Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote a cohesive athletic program.

Qualifications:

+ Previous coaching experience in baseball at the high school, collegiate, or club level.

+ Strong knowledge of track rules and strategies.

+ The ability to motivate and inspire athletes of varying skill levels.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Candidates must hold a valid NYS Teaching certificate, NYS coaching certificate, or be willing to obtain one.
