As a bra fitter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers shopping experience by providing expert fitting services and personalized recommendations. You will work closely with customers to ensure they find the perfect fit and style to meet their individual needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct discreet, professional bra fittings to ensure customers find the correct size and style.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on individual customer needs and
• preferences.
• Educate customers on the importance of proper bra fit and care.
• Maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for all customers.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product lines, trends, and fitting techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Support the sales team in achieving store targets and objectives.

• Previous experience in bra fitting or lingerie sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise
• Keyboard skills are essential
