Please find the JD below: Job Description Braiding machine operators supervise the braiding process of a group of machines, monitoring fabric quality and braiding conditions. They inspect braiding machines after setting up, start up, and during production to ensure the product being braided is meeting specs and quality standards. Responsibilities:Operate braiding machines to produce high-quality braidsMonitor machines to ensure they are running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that ariseInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsAdjust machine settings to achieve desired resultsClean and maintain machines to ensure efficient operationFollow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuriesRecord production data and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with other operators and supervisors to improve processes and increase productivityRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent education requiredPrevious experience operating braiding machines preferredAbility to read and interpret technical instructions and diagramsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 poundsGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesAttention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work independently as well as part of a team Job Location: East Granby, CT 06026Duration: 3+ Months Pay rate: $21.37/hr.
