And we have a culture of service and support that puts customer satisfaction first.Job Purpose:The Administrative Coordinator performs administrative and office support activities for the branch. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, scanning and faxing. Office software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. Essential Job Functions:
  • Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system for the service center. Retrieves information from files when needed.
  • Answers telephone and assist customers on order status, take messages, relay information to appropriate departments.
  • Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary. Responds to regularly occurring requests for information.
  • Identify Purchase Order and Invoice issues.
  • Set and verify shipping orders.
  • Enter purchase orders, warehouse transfers, ship warehouse transfers and end of day invoicing.
  • Inventory control.
  • Works independently and within a team on projects.
  • Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned and required.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative activities.
  • Basic knowledge of reading English, writing and basic math.
  • Must be able to solve adaptive challenges. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Must be able to demonstrate great team behavior and must be willing to promote an effective team-oriented environment.
  • Must be organized, efficient, and self-motivated.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
