Branch Administrator - Laborde Products, LLC : Job Details

Headquartered in Covington, LA and with branches in Deer Park, TX and Paducah, KY, we are your trusted partner in marine propulsion, featuring top brands like Mitsubishi, Steyr Motors, Yanmar and Scania Marine.We are currently seeking a Branch Administrator for our Paducah, KY location to promote customer satisfaction within the branch and service department, process the service department's invoicing, and coordinate activities of the technicians.In this role, you will:

• Answer and direct phone calls for the entire branch
• Process Payroll for Paducah Teams and submit to Team Leader for approval
• Handle administrative duties of invoicing Salesforce workorders including allocation of labor, service charges, 3rd party expenses, and review of technician write ups
• Assist Service Manager as needed, including coordination of technicians, fielding incoming phone calls, and opening of Salesforce workorders
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing after a job has been completed
• Create and submit quotes to customers as required
• Communicate with and follow up with customers to identify their needs and ways that Laborde Products can support those needs
• Assist in booking travel arrangements when necessary
• Manage data in Salesforce (input scheduled jobs, etc.)
• Maintain electronic Service files in Salesforce
• Maintain supply room inventory for branch
• Schedule/coordinate/communicate with vendors such as janitorial, uniform, and other regular vendors that assist with branch activities and maintenance
• Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures
• May perform other duties as required by business needs.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of related experience; Previous experience in a Service Department preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

• Ability to handle demanding situations in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner
• Mechanical aptitude preferred

What you can expect as a Branch Administrator:This position generally operates in an office environment; Work is mostly sedentary in nature but will require some standing, walking, and working around mechanical equipment in a production setting and may be exposed to high noise levels at times.Work Schedule and Benefits:
