St. Mary's Bank is looking to fill a Full Time Branch Float position. While demonstrating Organizational Excellence standards, this individual will provide effective teller and sales/service coverage to assigned branch locations to offer superior service to members by establishing and maintaining loan and deposit account relationships, conducting teller transactions, offering information and referring products and services in order to assist the Credit Union in meeting the annual business plan goals. Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalency) is required. Associates Degree (or equivalency) is preferred.
  • One year in a high volume customer environment, preferably in cash handling position.
  • Knowledge of deposit/loan products is required.
  • Present a professional image to the membership and community.
  • The proven ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate time management, apply analytical/problem solving skills and mathematical skills. Computer proficiency required.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to work as a team player, take on varied assignments and work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. (i.e. bags of coin) and remain standing for extended periods of time.
