I've partnered with a growing community bank and they're looking for a dynamic and driven Branch Manager to join the team, you will be tasked with building customer relationships, and ensuring the branch delivers excellent service to its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of branch staff including but not limited to tellers, bankers, and operations staff.
- Drive business development efforts through community engagement and outreach initiatives.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in banking, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and community members.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
