Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee all branch operations, including supervising day-to-day activities, coordinating with various teams to streamline processes, and maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the branch's market reach and enhance revenue streams.
  • Lead and manage team members, setting performance goals, evaluating individual performance, fostering team spirit, and cultivating a high-performance culture that supports staff development.
  • Maximize branch profitability by optimizing gross margins and ensuring efficient branch operations.
  • Utilize financial and operational data analysis to inform data-driven business decisions.
  • Take the lead and actively engage in company-wide initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of management experience overseeing multiple departments in a retail service environment, demonstrating strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational efficiency to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
  • 3+ years' applicable hands-on mechanical experience is preferred; a fundamental mechanical mindset and comprehension are required.
  • 3+ years in business development within the heavy equipment sector, with a focus on service and parts sales.
  • In-depth understanding of heavy equipment products, services, and industry trends, enabling effective communication and relationship-building with clients.
  • Strong ability to partner with equipment sales teams to create integrated strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Possession of a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred. Being eligible to obtain a valid CDL and acquiring a CDL within twelve (12) months of hire, are required.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; being a goal-oriented, self-starter is required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must pass a DOT physical including drug screening.
  • Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to lift and move more than 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Must be able to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance.
