We are currently seeking a Branch Manager out of our Parsippany, NJ office. As an operational and sales?leader, you will be responsible for general management of the branch, including, P & L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations.

What Were Looking For:

Previous service management or operations experience in a route based or service-oriented business is preferred.? (I.e. package delivery, beverage, uniform, or vending services; pest control, lawn care, or construction) Other types of management experience may be considered.? We seek individuals with high integrity and are creative thinkers with an?emphasis on building teams and long term, profitable relationships.??

• Bachelors degree

• 5+ years of operational responsibility, including P&L and forecasting
• Previous responsibility for the sales process and results
• Experience?providing?strategic planning and succession planning initiatives
• Experience conducting/managing third party audits in a pest control environment
• Motivation/Passion/Desire to build teams, recruit, train & cultivate top performers, and enable future success within the organization

• Must be 18 years of age

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Salary Range: $77,000.00-$133,000.00 per year
