ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Responsible for performing audits, as it relates to federal, state, and bank policies, procedures and regulations including all cash audits, quarterly negotiable audits and maintaining branch audit books. Must adhere and practice strong internal control procedures at all times while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.Manage the daily routine and customer service level of the branch personnel. Extraordinary customer service will be required of each employee at all times.Conduct regular sales and operations meetingsBrief employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant informationObtain and track sales goals for the entire branch, including monthly score card performance reviews with each employeeEvaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as neededRecognize employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environmentManage budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectivesInteract with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedbackResolve customer problems as needPerform branch personnel duties as neededAdhere to high ethical and professional standardsAssist with other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager
