Position Summary As an N Titleist Branch Manager /Sr. Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for representing our family of companies to the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by putting the needs of our guests and customers first. To achieve this, you will build supervise the Dallas East Team and maintain customer relationships while managing and coordinating the overall closing process for transaction files. Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead by example, setting a high standard for the Dallas East Team and fostering a positive, compliant, and performance-driven culture.
- Mentor and coach staff to promote career growth, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop branch strategies, manage budgets, and meet or exceed financial and business plan goals.
- Oversee team workload, schedules, and dashboard activities to ensure timely task completion and efficient operations.
- Handle all tasks related to Escrow Processing, including preparing accurate closing statements, maintaining an Escrow Officer license, and performing closings.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, creating memorable experiences, and building strong client relationships.
- Manage and review all documents required for closing, resolving title issues, and securing necessary paperwork for issuing title insurance.
- Coordinate and verify all aspects of closings, ensuring accurate funds collection, document execution, and timely disbursement.
- Attend relevant industry, company, and client meetings, maintaining open communication with all stakeholders.
- Uphold company values, mission, and compliance with underwriting, state, and company guidelines.
QualificationsExperience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' title company processing experience and experience conducting closings required.
- Must be a licensed Escrow Officer or eligible for licensing upon start date.
- Strong customer service, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills required.
- Excellent decision-making, negotiation, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in computer skills, especially in a paperless environment; experience with RamQuest CCE preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain an Escrow Officer license through the Texas Department of Insurance.
