Job Summary…The Branch Rental Manager will increase rental margin and revenue. This is done by maximum utilization of vehicles, controlling operational costs and an aggressive marketing strategy to include planning for future customer needs. Responsible for outside sales, customer retention, fleet management, daily cash log and the marketing plan. Ensure operational efficiency at the branch through effective people development (hiring, training, supervising and motivating). The results should increase market share, profits and overall rental growth.

Compensation Information:
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.
Compensation ranges for the position are below:

$50,000
Maximum Pay Range:
$55,000
The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
