Position Summary:

The Event Representative is the face of Shrunk3D at various events, responsible for attracting and engaging attendees to experience our unique 3D scanning and printing process. This role requires a high-energy, friendly, and outgoing personality to create a welcoming environment and convince people to 'get shrunk.' The representative will be trained on the technical aspects of operating the Shrunk3D booth and equipment, including setting up and taking down the trailer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with event attendees in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. Convince attendees to visit the Shrunk3D booth and participate in the 3D scanning experience. Explain the Shrunk3D process and benefits to potential customers.

• Booth Operation: Set up and dismantle the Shrunk3D booth at events, ensuring all equipment is properly assembled and functioning. Operate the 3D scanning equipment, including cameras and projectors, to capture high-quality images. Use the computer system to manage scans and customer data.

• Technical Skills: Hook up and transport the Shrunk3D trailer to and from event locations. Ensure the trailer and equipment are securely and safely handled.

• Sales and Promotion: Promote the sale of Shrunk3D miniatures to event attendees. Provide information on pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines. Handle transactions and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

High energy, charismatic, and outgoing personality. Friendly and approachable demeanor; not shy about interacting with new people. Experience working at trade shows, tradeshows, sporting events, weddings or similar events is a plus but not required. High school diploma, college education, or equivalent experience. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly. Ability to hook up and transport a trailer is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
