As a Brand Ambassador, you will create memorable experiences for customers, drive brand awareness, and provide best-in-class services to our cafe goers. Responsibilities:

• Create an inclusive environment at the cafe
• Proactively engage with customers, helping them with tech challenges and guiding them through their financial needs
• Work with an energized team to inspire and support each other
• Continuously grow and develop through self-improvement and learning new skills

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
• Proficiency in G-Suite
• Strong communication skills
