About the Role:

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving sales by compliantly promoting our products through various channels and sales functions. This position will work closely with our Wholesale Sales and Marketing departments to help achieve our business objectives including communicating the value of our brands to customers, tracking and reporting customer feedback, professionally representing the brand at launches and events, and assisting our sales teams with key sales tasks.

To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills as well as a strong presence on social media. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or a similar role is strongly desired, as well as a strong knowledge of sales and marketing tactics and techniques. You must have the ability to travel 80% or greater across the Northern New Jersey territory.

How you'll make a difference:

* Embraces and effectively communicates Acreage NJ CCF's mission, vision, and goals.

* Help maintain a positive image of the Acreage NJ CCF's brand(s).

* Collaborates with the Wholesale Sales and Marketing teams to help develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.

* Educates customers, retailers, and distributors about our products and champions our online training platform.

* Tracks marketing material supplies and notifies the Wholesale Sales team of current inventory levels and future orders.

* Participates in trade shows and other industry-related event attendance, where support may be required.

* Collaborates with Logistics and Transport to provide dispensaries with delivery documents minimally 24-48 hours in advance of their scheduled deliveries.

* Assists the Wholesale Sales Manager and Coordinators with building rapport with customers and vendors.

* Monitors customer feedback and potential escalating issues and/or complaints on customer service.

* Tracks customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.

* Represents the company in full compliance with both state and company policies and regulations, at grand openings, product launches, and events.

* Brainstorms ideas and participates in training and workshops.

* Works closely with the Wholesale Sales team to help update dispensary profiles and sales operation data entry.

Skills to be Successful (minimum qualifications):

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field preferred

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced client-service intensive industry - hospitality and retail backgrounds - preferred

* Minimum 2 years of industry experience required.

* 80% travel required, must have reliable transportation

* Prior experience in a sales/ support environment

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Accuracy and detail oriented

* Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality

* Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools

* Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks

* Ability to travel with reliable transportation.

* Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

* Use of hand dexterity for extended periods of time

* Ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably

* Ability to squat, kneel, twist and bend comfortably

Manufacturing environment that requires extended time standing, walking, bending and reaching. Ability to carry up to 50lbs for up to a distance of 100ft may be required. Occasional extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects. Ability to work in a humid and pollinated environment.
