Aufgaben The mission of the Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Brand Ambassador is to promote Mercedes-Benz Manhattan as a dealership of choice while acting as a highly engaged liaison between client and brand/company offering superior customer service and recognizing the needs and expectations of each individual client. The Brand Ambassador is responsible for creating lasting, positive impressions through authentic meaningful interactions in all aspects of their responsibilities The Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Brand Ambassador must provide a consistently outstanding brand and customer experience through consistently outstanding preparation, attitude, and teamwork
- Welcome and acknowledge customers in a genuinely upbeat courteous and professional manner.
- Capture customer expectation by engaging with visitors in an immediate manner by monitoring activity throughout customer stay.
- Act as mobile cashier when needed to expedite customer transaction.
- Assist with placing orders for retail requests
- Assist with placing orders for parts customers, if necessary
- Handle customer requests and ensure proper selection of boutique items are available
- Tag and maintain accurate and appropriate inventory
- Answer internal/external phone calls transferred from Operator or BDC.
- Anticipate needs of client and/or identify any possible situation that will adversely affect the customer experience and act in a manner that will remedy the situation.
- Communicate need or issue with appropriate team members when necessary (manager, support staff, advisor, etc.).
- Assist in building an online presence.
- Assist with online reputation management.
- Maintain hospitality refreshment area so that it remains clean, tidy and fully stocked for customer needs and serve customers when required.
- Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of service and vehicle products, dealership promotions and events, and MBM policies and procedures.
- Accurately complete entry and relief of sales from boutique inventory
- Provide prices and other relevant product information when requested
- Recommend boutique items and new ideas when appropriate
- Promote sales by suggesting such items as seasonal or special offer products
- Able to commute into and out of Manhattan/New York City on a daily basis.

The pay range for this position is $20-$22 per hour Qualifikationen
- High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years experience in Luxury Concierge
- Retail experience
- Must be SOE Certified within 6 months of employment.
- Natural leadership skills.
