We're listening to you, and your body, so you can live your healthiest, fullest life.About the role:As a Brand Associate at Allara, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our brand identity across various channels. You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure our message of empowerment and personalized care resonates with our community of patients and healthcare providers.You'll be the heart of the Allara community, creating a welcoming space where our members can connect, share experiences, and support each other on their health journeys. You'll develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, moderate discussions, and ensure our community aligns with Allara's mission and values.This role is based in New York City, with in-person work at least two times per week.Responsibilities:
  • Engage with our community to gather feedback and strengthen brand loyalty
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Allara's voice and values in all community interactions
  • Moderate community interactions to maintain a positive, supportive environment
  • Gather and analyze community feedback to inform product improvements and content creation
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure the patient experience is always super
Necessary Background:
  • 1+ year of experience in brand/community management or customer success
  • Experience with community management tools and social media platforms
  • Ability to empathize and connect with diverse audiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box
  • Passion for women's health and wellness
  • Strong understanding of women's health issues
