Brand Communication Associate Salary:
$48,594.02 to $51,763.19 annually
Purpose:
Our Brand Communication Associate will be responsible for developing and managing SCCU's Website and digital advertising. They will utilize effective communication tactics to enhance our brand's presence and reputation. This role requires a good understanding of managing company websites. This person will utilize their experience with Marketing Automation Platforms, CRM Systems & Integration with Marketing Activities, and website redesigns. This role operates under the direction of Brand Communication Manager and focus on all touchpoints with members and prospects. They will utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities to deepen member relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Manages SCCU website utilizing prior experience in website redesign.
* Utilizes basic knowledge of HTML.
* Will employ experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
* Proficient in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
* Support Brand lead by creating compelling brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and content plans that resonate with our target audience.
* Initiate and execute the production of marketing materials pertaining to Website content; such as social media content, print collateral, digital assets, and videos.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and customer communications.
* Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform brand strategy and messaging.
* Analyze and report on the performance of brand communication initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and campaigns.
* Develops and delivers direct mail, e-mail, and online communications and campaigns that target existing and prospective members to promote products and services for acquisition, cross-selling, and retention. Tracks results of direct marketing efforts and reports results to various stakeholders within the credit union.
* Develops and implements member communications that include, but are not limited to: regulatory notices, brochures/branch materials, and other member notifications.
* Provides support for all marketing activities/projects as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Prior Experience:
* 1-4 years prior experience in marketing required or a combination of marketing, advertising, PR and copywriting with experience in social media and/or websites preferred.
* Basic knowledge of HTML
* Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager
* Proficient in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
* Preferred experience with Marketing Automation Platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Hatch, etc.
* Preferred experience with CRM Systems and their Integration with Marketing Activities
* Preferred experience with Kentico CMS and website redesign
* Expertise in digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content creation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
* Good understanding of data and ability to translate them to insights.
* Creative mindset and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand assets.
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
Education:
* Associate's Degree required preferably in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent experience required.
Schedule:
* Full Time during department hours of operation between 7:00am - 6:00pm.
* Flexibility to work at any hour of the day for the purpose of updating website in non peak hours.
* Monday - Friday Flexible Scheduling/ Work From Home Hybrid options available.
