Responsibilities

Strategic planning

  • Ability to implement and execute against existing process and procedures
  • Understanding of the people and tools at your disposal to most effectively achieve our goals.
  • Sustaining and establishing relevant and reliable data points to focus on throughout the year

Marketing Efforts

Brand Awareness:

  • Brand Recognition: Measure the level of brand recognition in the target market.
  • Market Penetration: Evaluate the company's presence in the local market compared to competitors.
  • Website Traffic and Conversion Rates: Monitor website traffic and conversion rates from online channels.
  • SEO Performance: Assess the effectiveness of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.

Social Media Engagement:

  • Content Reach: Measure the reach and engagement of blog posts, articles, and other content.
  • SEO Content Performance: Evaluate how well content contributes to SEO goals.

Advertising Effectiveness:

  • Keep revenue at a minimum of 6 times marketing budget (for example, $20,000 per month advertising spend needs to yield $120,000 in new revenue)

  • Maintain a 50% close rate on leads to clients
  • Maintain a 55% close rate on estimates written
  • Complete a weekly audit of all analytics on active marketing efforts
