Position Overview: The Brand Manager role is part of the E-Commerce Marketing team, responsible for driving e-commerce growth across a dynamic product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a fast-growing sector within the company, with small, agile teams collaborating to innovate and shape the future of a popular consumer category. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of E-Commerce Marketing, the Brand Manager will be instrumental in advancing the business by: • Strategic Planning & Execution: • Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation, aligning with revenue and profitability goals. • Partner with media agencies and retail collaborators to execute digital marketing campaigns (e.g., search, display ads). • Collaborate with agency partners and internal creative teams to produce compelling content, seasonal updates, and product photography. • Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve product-related issues. • Oversee product updates, ensuring content is accurate and aligned with the latest shipments. • Manage the setup and onboarding of new products with retail partners. • Continuously track competitor activities and market trends. • Product Launch & Campaign Execution: • Develop end-to-end strategies for launching new products, ensuring successful market entry. • Design and implement product launch campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution, especially on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon. • Market Insights & Reporting: • Assist the Director in executing market research studies to generate actionable insights for business growth. • Analyze performance metrics and provide reports to internal stakeholders to track e-commerce initiatives' effectiveness. • Contribute to shaping the vision and strategy for the e-commerce portfolio. • Budget Management: • Monitor and manage monthly budgets to ensure optimal spend across digital and e-commerce channels. Key Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in digital advertising, including search engine marketing and content development. • Expertise in organic search strategies, particularly within the Amazon ecosystem. • Experience in designing and running test-and-learn strategies in e-commerce. • Ability to lead agencies in crafting effective messaging and creative assets tailored for online retail. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data, especially using e-commerce platforms like Amazon. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and execute tasks efficiently. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to align with internal teams and senior management. • A proactive mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and evolving features on platforms like Amazon. • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, P&L management, and cost optimization. • A bias toward action and a passion for driving business results. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, with a focus on continuous improvement. • Strong leadership skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration. Education & Experience: • At least 4 years of digital marketing experience required. • 2+ years of experience in consumer goods or similar industries preferred. • Experience with kid-focused products, snacks, or confectionery is a plus. • E-commerce or Amazon experience is highly desirable. • A Bachelor's degree is required.
