Job Summary The Brand Manager serves as the point of contact for all media communications by Revolver Brewing occurring across a variety of platforms. The Brand Manager will be responsible for assisting with creating all in-house marketing and branding strategies, producing all creative photo and video content and assisting with coordinating Company marketing efforts. In this role, the Brand Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with our distributors and customers to forge indelible connections by making our products available, visible, relevant, recommended, and perfectly enjoyed every time. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for consistent communication and review of all marketing plans/executions with the General Manager and Marketing Director to ensure compliance with overarching brand strategy.
  • Maintain a close relationship with distributors and sales teams to ensure trade needs are met, new product launches, marketing activations and sales activations are supported at a level in accordance with prioritization and are on brand.
  • Responsible for posting photography, video and audio to social media and website platforms. but are not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Untapped, Pinterest and Google+.
  • Develop social media content in all aspects from content creation to promotion to culmination of craft beer events.
  • Monitor and observe online conversations within the social web then report key insights and strategies to the General Manager and Marketing Director.
  • Attend festivals/events on weekends or after hours to capture relevant social media content.
  • Maintain and update the online gift shop (photography, captions and new items) as well as promotions.
  • Develop and lead the execution of Revolver's yearly brand marketing strategies/plans.
  • Regularly analyze brand insights, consumer insights and competitive trends, to guide strategic recommendations for brand direction, innovation launches, activations.
  • Lead marketing plan developments through creation of well researched background (insights, trends, opportunities etc.), creation of clear/measurable objectives, strategies, KPIs, timeline, budget required and tactical plans.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
  • Proficient understanding of key brand principles, and able to apply knowledge to clear strategic brand recommendations.
  • Creative problem solver who can lead a diverse cross-functional team.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong strategic, analytic, financial, and consumer research skills.
  • Working knowledge of the craft beer industry.
  • Understanding of the selling process, retail environment, and distribution network.
  • Strong multi-tasker able to handle multiple competing priorities at once
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Development of marketing plans (Insights, clear brand objectives, strategies, execution & reporting).
  • Clear and regular insight delivery / brand health maintenance.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for Revolver Brewing through the 1-year processes.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications Studies, Social Media or similar degree program with 1-2 years of experience or similar educational attainment and work history.
  • Solid foundational understanding of brand marketing principals.
  • Experience in the Craft beer industry preferred but not required.
  • Proven history of building/growing brands.
  • Must be self-motivated, have excellent written skills, verbal communication, and strong leadership skills.
  • Efficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Public speaking skills.
  • Project management experience in marketing/events industry.
