Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and self-motivated Sales and Brand Representative to join our New York team. This individual will be pivotal in driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and representing the Rosa Reta brand across the state. As the face of Rosa Reta, you will work closely with dispensaries, educate clients, and execute brand strategies to expand our market presence.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Account Management:
- Conduct warm and cold outreach to generate leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensaries and retail partners.
- Manage reorder processes and ensure consistent product availability.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
Brand Representation:
- Act as the face of Rosa Reta at dispensaries, trade shows, and industry events.
- Educate dispensary staff and consumers about Rosa Reta's ethos, products, and unique qualities.
- Foster long-term relationships with budtenders and retail buyers to encourage brand advocacy.
Event Coordination and Marketing:
- Plan and execute in-store activations and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate engaging displays and ensure Rosa Reta products are prominently showcased.
- Assist the marketing team with content creation for social media and events.
Customer Engagement and Education:
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries with expertise.
- Conduct training sessions for dispensary staff on new and existing products.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field (cannabis industry experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with New York's cannabis industry and regulatory landscape is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with a variety of audiences.
- Willingness to travel across New York state.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work evenings or weekends as needed.
