Position Overview:

As a Brand Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the sales team with customer outreach and sales activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and passionate individual who is eager to learn the ins and outs of sales while contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing and presenting sales materials, giving presentations to customers, and addressing customer inquiries to help facilitate successful enrollments.
  • Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your understanding of our clients, sales techniques, and effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with experienced sales managers to learn from their expertise, seek guidance, and contribute to team discussions and strategy development.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the residential sales industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude and a genuine passion for real estate and sales.
