DescriptionResponsibilities include:* ensuring proper weights and lengths of finished products* performing and documenting quality inspections of finished product* maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the baking production area* assisting operators in daily production operations including:* setting up, proofing, and baking bread and rolls* slicing bread* operating ovens, proofers and bread slicers and* other duties as assigned.Additional InformationYour application may have additional steps that you will need to complete in order to remain eligible for consideration.
