NoVP Area PresidentDepartment 01115 - Guest HouseLocation CampusCity Salt Lake City, UTType of Recruitment External PostingPay Rate Range $15.00/hrClose DateJob SummaryThe Breakfast Attendant sets and replenishes breakfast food for hotel guests, and maintains cleanliness in the breakfast lobby.ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities: The Breakfast Attendant Supervisor:Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and change the course of action quickly, being flexible.Demonstrates a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Provides outstanding guest service.Sets up breakfast before guests arrive.Frequently checks breakfast line for low food supply.Efficiently replenishes food, beverages, and/or supplies as needed.Maintains cleanliness of area throughout the morning by reorganizing and tidying food area as necessary.Properly disposes of used plates, utensils, napkins, and/or cups as necessary.Removes and disposes of leftover food at the end of the breakfast shift.Cleans area according to established standards.Ensures inventory is stocked and properly stored prior to the next day's shift.Responsible for keeping inventory stocked by ordering additional food and/or supplies as needed.Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner.Follow-up to ensure complete guest satisfaction.This job description is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensiveMinimum QualificationsCurrent Food Handler's Permit within one month of employment, voucher will be provided by the departmen t. Must be able to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in English; and a commitment to providing excellence in service required.
