The Breakfast Attendant sets up breakfast items, makes coffee, stocks items as needed (utensils, pastries, cereal, tea, condiments, etc), keeps food par for ordering purposes, cleans room for next day, pulls down and closes. The Attendant is skilled in serving etiquette, guest satisfaction, and flexible and efficient service. Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times Stay current on all emergency procedures and acts accordingly Wear proper uniform and name tag at all times in accordance with the standards of appearance Attend department meetings Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company, including, but not limited to, those contained in the Employee Handbook Perform all other duties as assigned by management
