Description of the role: As a Breakfast Attendant at Pierre Clubhouse Hotel & Suites, you will be crucial in ensuring excellent guest satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient breakfast service. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area, replenishing breakfast items, and assisting guests with inquiries or requests. Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available
- Keep the breakfast area clean and tidy throughout the service hours
- Monitor and replenish breakfast items and supplies as needed
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer any guest inquiries about breakfast offerings, hotel amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and special dietary requirements with care and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain sufficient breakfast inventory
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the appropriate department
- Assist in the general cleaning and upkeep of the dining area
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays
- Availability to work early mornings and weekends
