This full-time bridal stylist opportunity is for individuals looking to take their luxury clients and retail sales potential to the next level. Working within our established legacy brand you will have the top designers

and latest in bridal fashion at your fingertips. In addition, you will have exclusive access to designer appearances, special events, and global premieres unlike anywhere else in New York City.

What we want in our Stylist:

  • Properly assist brides throughout the bridal appointment, offering them the knowledge and expertise that is needed to help select their perfect gown.
  • Detailed follow-through with your bride after every appointment.
  • Working with the bride from first appointment to the order process and everything in between leading up to their wedding day.
  • Ability to take measurements and properly select sizing for the bride.
  • Building your business within our business. Constantly working towards building and strengthening your client base leading to a strong referral business.
  • Ability to work through a difficult situation and problem-solve immediately. Must be confident in every decision made.
  • Capable of understanding and working with a strong assortment of luxury designer gowns.
  • Ensuring the Salon Floor is always kept up to our visual standards and maintaining our ‘Salon Etiquette.' Every Stylist is given a zone to be responsible for maintaining when you are on the schedule.
  • Reports directly to the Retail Director.

Requirements:

  • Prior luxury sales experience.
  • Must possess professionalism and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Product Knowledge driven!
  • Eager and willing to learn and grow and accept challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Being self-assertive and task-oriented.
  • Must be available to work on Saturdays (mandatory).
  • The Atelier hours are 930-630, closed on Sundays.
