As an employee-owned company, we work together as a team with a common goal to succeed.Responsibilities:Managing medium to large design projectsMaintaining schedules and budgets to ensure contractual obligationsCoordinating with sub-consultants and clientsDirect and mentor junior engineers and techniciansWillingness to check calculations and/or direct the design procedures of others to ensure that calculations are performed per AASHTO design standards or other requirementsQualifications:BS degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringNew York State PE required. New Jersey PE is a plus. Masters degree a plus12+ years of experience working in the bridge industryExperience working in a team environment, providing technical direction to a design team on minor and major bridge projects
