Lawo designs, manufactures and sells cutting-edge networked video, audio and control systems for television and radio production as well as live performance applications all over the world. YOUR CHALLENGE

• ***This position is in New York City. Qualified candidates must be able to commute to the job site. ***
• You will be a part of a team that delivers cutting-edge IP-based SMPTE 2110 broadcast infrastructure projects.

YOUR TASKS

• Projects and commissioning, focus on IP media infrastructure projects
• Commissioning and Configuration of delivered products on-site at customer locations.
• After-sales support
• Technical troubleshooting (remote/on-site)
• Close collaboration with the Lawo headquarters in Germany
• Other Duties as Assigned

YOUR PROFILE

• Education in the broadcast, audio, electrical engineering or a related field is required
• Experience in the broadcast environment, with a focus on engineering
• Experience with IP projects, specifically SMPTE 2110
• Networking expertise with respect to Layer 3 environments and Multicast workflow
• Passion for new technology
• Structured way of working and problem-solving ability
• Driven by delivering service excellence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Readiness for international travel and ability to work alone with little or no supervision
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
