*These benefits apply to Full-Time Employees Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quality tunes, mounting, adjustments and repairs to customers' equipment according to established guidelines.
• Fit boots, skis, snowboards and/or poles to guest satisfaction
• Tune mountain bikes
• Adhere to safety procedures regarding use of tools and equipment
• Adjust ski / snowboard bindings to proper specifications per ASTM standards
• Demonstrate and maintain the high standard of guest service
• Be familiar with the merchandise carried in the store, including brands, key features and benefits, as well as ability to make accurate suggestions to customers.
• Remain current on ski industry products and trends to share knowledge with customers.
• Ensure you deliver exceptional Customer Service that is consistent and beyond expectations.
• Be on-time for your scheduled work-shift, with proper and clean appearance
• Be energetic, motivated, and possess the ability to multi-task
• Operate at the highest standards of safety
• Note: Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs dictate.

Preferred Experience and Special Skills:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with people
• Ski background, preferred
• Knowledge of alpine and snowboard binding installations, preferred
• Knowledge of tuning mountain bikes
• Experience with basic service tools for binding adjustment
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Outdoor Enthusiast, preferred
