Job Summary: Freedom Industries, LLC seeks a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Budget Analyst to join our Allegheny County, PA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices for payment and reconciling all assigned budget accounts to ensure accurate financial management. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

● Process invoices for payment.

● Reconcile all assigned budget accounts.

● Maintain and update financial records.

● Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.

● Ensure compliance with federal guidelines and company policies.

● Communicate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.

● Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

Required Skills/Experience:

● Strong accounting knowledge.

● Ability to effectively utilize the JDE computer system.

● Understanding of federal guidelines.

● Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Attention to detail and accuracy.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

● Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
