The successful candidate will be able to deliver a quality home as well as a quality home buying experience to our customers.We offer a work environment that encourages our team to serve our customers, both internal & external, along with comprehensive training and a great team environment!Job Responsibilities:Managerial oversight of homes, planning, scheduling, implementation & coordination of quality-built homes from development through final construction on a timely and economical basis per Weekley standards, while maintaining a low cost varianceBuilding rapport with customers and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the building process,Schedule, manage and inspect the productivity, compliance, and quality of work that is performed by subcontractorsWorking closely with the Weekley Team members, particularly the Sales teamMaintain a professional, clean and organized job siteLearn and understand contracts, plans, construction methods and regulationsCompletion of reports, homebuyer reviews and other duties as assignedQualificationsPrior residential production building experience is preferredExperience scheduling and supervising subcontractors preferredExperience in effectively communicating with and interacting with customers and teammatesPrior experience in handling subcontractor payroll and other budgetary responsibilities is a plusAbility to supervise, as well as inspect the quality of the jobs performed by subcontractors and hold them accountable to the David Weekley Homes quality standardsProven leadership abilityStrong problem-solving capabilitiesCollege degree preferredAdditional InformationWhat We Offer:Come build your future with our winning team, recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For 18 times!
