Builder Services Representative - System One : Job Details

System One has partnered with an organization spanning multiple states that is seeking a customer service and detail-oriented individual to work in the Oklahoma City area. The company requires this individual be located in Oklahoma City, OK; however, this opportunity will be a hybrid position with two days remote and three days in office. The position acts as the principal point-of-contact for growth-based customers for the organization to input new orders and drive customer satisfaction. Someone with customer service and inside sales experience in the construction industry who is immediately available and willing to take a long-term (6 month) contract position will be ideal. Contractors with System One are W2 employees with dental, vision and health insurance packages available.All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.Responsibilities: Perform order intake, monitor order status updates, research and reconcile order activity using various systems.Ensure delivery of customer service through fast and accurate response to customer requests and inquiries with the ability to take feedback and utilize suggestions to achieve desired outcome.Communicate schedule availability and set up customer accounts.Research and reconcile customer order activity.Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service through fast and accurate response to customer requests and inquiries with the ability to take feedback and utilize suggestions to achieve desired outcome.Requirements: Ability to effectively communicate in a respectful and assertive manner with both customers and various internal groups.Ability to multi-task and perform in a demanding environment while maintaining and promoting a positive attitude.Strong organization, attention to detail, accurate typing, and time management skills with the ability to research and problem solve to resolution.Familiarity working with computers and web-based applications. Experience with Banner, Microsoft Dynamics, Email, Phone, PCAD, and Maximo preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required.Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
