Building and Facilities Structural Design Group Leader - The Dewberry Companies : Job Details

Required Skills & Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering. Master's degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering (preferred). Minimum of 15 years of experience with a strong technical background in building structures and related engineering. A PE License in one or more states. Strong leadership talents and demonstrated success supervising people. Experience in managing project teams. Private and public sector building structures experience managing projects and clients is highly desirable. Experience in managing staff utilization and maintaining project manpower budgets. Experience in developing private and public sector client proposals, including technical and fee proposals. Knowledge of the A/ E marketplace in the mid-Atlantic area. A strong desire to engage in business development activities in order to meet growth, clientdiversity, and profit goals.
