BUILDING ATTENDANT I - NIGHT - University of Texas Rio Grand Valley : Job Details

To perform routine manual work involving the custodial maintenance of buildings. Description of Duties Provides routine general cleaning in all restrooms for a minimum of twice a day, including but not limited to material restock, trash removal, disinfection of all high touch areas and spot mopping as needed. Spot-cleans all common spaces such as hallways, lobbies, conference rooms, break rooms, study rooms, stairways, locker rooms etc., including but not limited to general wipe down of furniture and trash removal. Strips, waxes and polishes floors as scheduled to include shampooing carpets, deep cleaning and scrubbing floors and walls as needed. Move furniture as required. Cleans and polishes furniture and equipment as needed in all common areas. Cleans and washes all store front glass windows on a weekly basis as needed or per request. Performs general cleaning on all buildings including but not limited to entrance exteriors and drinking fountains daily or other areas as needed.
