ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Building Automation Systems Tech Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers in the Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of our products and solutions. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving the success of our BA business.
You will report directly to our Support Manager, and you'll work out of our Bentonville, AR location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers' building systems, ensuring their energy efficiency, and productivity. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer support.
