Job Title: Building Automation Technician - 3rd Shift Location: Pearl River, NY Duration: 3+ months - Temp to hire role PR: $27.00 - 30.00/hr on W2 Shift Work Details: 7pm - 7amOperates and maintains building systems. Responsible for monitoring and controlling HVAC systems, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring optimal building conditions in a pharmaceutical environment. Requires experience with building automation systems (BMS) and HVAC maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with other teams to optimize building operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in building systems operations or HVAC maintenance
• Technical proficiency in BMS systems ( (Honeywell, Siemens, Edstrom, etc.,) and HVAC equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability for 3rd shift work
