Position: Building Enclosures Project Manager

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Work Schedule: Flexbile Hybrid

Metric are actively hiring for a Building Enclosures Project Manager. This is a technical position to contribute to a strong pipeline of hugely varied, large-scale projects as well as offering an exciting chance to build out this team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct condition assessments and failure investigations for building enclosures, with a focus on identifying air and moisture leakage issues.
• Develop and design repair solutions to address the root causes of enclosure deficiencies, ensuring long-term performance and client satisfaction.
• Oversee and perform building enclosure testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive technical reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project milestones and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ Years of relevant building enclosure consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Professional Engineer or Registered Architect (preferred)
• IIBEC qualifications (preferred)
• Ability to work autonomously
