Raba Kistner is seeking an organized, dependable Building Envelope Observer to join our team in Dallas/Ft Worth, Austin, & San Antonio, TX. The Building Envelope Observer will support the Raba Kistner Roofing/Waterproofing Inspection, Surveys, Design and Consulting capabilities. This position will be responsible for contributing to the Building Envelope Consulting Services profit center through active participation in projects and interfacing with clients. They will support the firm's objectives of meeting clients' needs and expectations in a timely manner while achieving individual utilization targets and the Unit's profit objectives. Additionally, will provide other activities as needed by the Building Envelope Consulting Services Group, including field and office duties, CADD support, report and graphic preparation. Qualifications
Good oral and written communications skills and ability to work with clients and staff within the organization. Intermediate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Able to drive company vehicle, manage and complete all assigned jobs efficiently and on time.

This position may require protracted or irregular hours. Flexibility to work irregular hours is necessary due to client needs.
