Building Inspector - LVI Associates : Job Details

Their Buildings Department offers services in Plan Reviews, Inspections, Energy Conservation, Green Building Consulting, and Code Enforcement to a diverse portfolio of clients in the government, public, private, and commercial sectors. Key Credentials:

• State Certified Building Inspector (BN) in Residential and Mechanical as a minimum.

• Full-ticket inspector licenses considered ideal, i.e., Commercial, Residential, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.

• Further relevant credentials through ICC seen as a plus but not necessary.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience performing inspections for residential and commercial buildings, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
