  • *Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
  • Performing preventive maintenance and handling basic requires
  • Assisting contractors when professional repairs are necessary
  • Setting up tables and chairs for events
  • Applying paint varnish and stain to protect and beautify surfaces
  • Sweep, mop and vacuuming floors
