What You'll Do:

  • Analyze, optimize, and program advanced systems that drive building performance, including climate control, energy management, and automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, execute, and fine-tune custom control sequences for HVAC equipment like chillers, boilers, and air handling units.
  • Develop and refine user interfaces to improve operational transparency for clients.
  • Lead diagnostic troubleshooting efforts, identifying and resolving issues in real time to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project managers, and technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with autonomy while maintaining a high level of organization and accountability.

  • Expertise in creating and optimizing automation sequences for building systems.
  • Deep understanding of commercial HVAC infrastructure, from design to field-level operations.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying intuitive graphical systems to improve facility oversight.
