BUILDING SUPERVISOR - BARN CONSTRUCTION - JBS USA Holdings : Job Details

Pilgrims is looking for a BUILDING SUPERVISOR to interview new potential growers and select sites for new barn construction, help new growers through permitting and banking processes, oversee the new barn construction process, monitor progress, and communicate with stakeholders. This role will be based at our Barn Installation Department in Sauk Rapids, MN. At Pilgrims, Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee all new barn construction projects. Manage all facility and ventilation aspects of new barn construction. Manage prints and spec books for each year of new construction and requirements for existing facilities. Help layout and make sure sites meet our standards. Set up controllers, alarms, complete barn start-ups and punch-lists. Manage, track, and forecast completion dates for each project. Manage supplier and builder relationships.
