Concord law firm is seeking a full-time building coordinator to handle a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our firm. Responsibilities include mail pickup and processing, firm errands (within Concord city limits), inventory and stocking of all supplies, including library, liaison with the building management company, performing general light maintenance and other projects as required. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We are looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, possesses a positive attitude, a professional demeanor and the ability to accept direction. The right candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of basic computer skills is preferred (Microsoft Office).
