Building Trades Bid - Charlevoix Public Schools : Job Details

Charlevoix Public Schools is now accepting bids for the 2024-2025 building trades home.

The minimum bid will be $110,000.

The house will be constructed on a concrete foundation so it can be transported when it is completed. Buyers are responsible for all transportation costs.

Bids should be placed in a sealed envelope labeled BUILDING TRADES BID and sent to Charlevoix Public Schools. Attention: Mike Ritter, 104 E. St. Mary's Dr., Charlevoix, MI 49720. Bids are due November 12th, at 2 pm.

The Charlevoix Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
