Qualifications:

* Application must be filled out online

* Ability to be flexible with work hours

* Ability to read and understand blueprints

* Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports

* Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

* Advance level of knowledge, skill and experience in construction & repair of plumbing, carpentry, locksmith and roofing

* Black Seal Boilers License

* Experience in Budge Preparation, preferred

* High School Graduate or equivalent

* Knowledge in general maintenance repairs

* Knowledge of basic plumbing and plumbing codes

* Must be ble to climb and work off a ladder

* Must be able to respond to emergencies

* Skill in the use of typical construction, hand and power tools

* Supervisory experience preferred

* Valid NJ Driver License

* Other assigned duties
