Buildings and Grounds - Bethany Home : Job Details

Bethany - has been committed to its mission of serving seniors since its founding over 125 years ago. We have been at the forefront in the development of new services and provide a full continuum of care. We are seeking a Buildings and Grounds Technician::

• Maintain Bethany buildings and grounds in top condition to ensure full and productive use of all Bethany facilities.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting .
• Help organize maintenance and repairs performed on buildings.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving buildings and grounds to meet Bethany standards.
• Responsible for building quality control. Inspects facilities and work areas to eliminate deficiencies and improve Bethany facilities.
• Requisition building maintenance supplies, material and equipment; monitor inventory; load and unload supplies, materials and equipment.
• Appropriately operate all equipment and machinery as necessary.
• Load and deliver tables and chairs to special events.
• Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in all maintenance and repair projects.

The schedule is full-time, with on-call responsibility and every other weekend.
